About FreeImgKit

FreeImgKit is a free online image tool suite built for anyone who needs to quickly compress, resize, convert, or remove backgrounds from images — without installing software, creating an account, or uploading files to a server.

How it works

All processing happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and the Canvas API. Your images are never uploaded to any server. They stay on your device from the moment you select them to the moment you download the result.

The background removal tool uses a U2-Net AI model compiled to WebAssembly and executed via ONNX Runtime Web — the model runs locally in your browser tab, not on our infrastructure.

Privacy

Because no images ever leave your device, FreeImgKit is suitable for sensitive material — personal photos, confidential product images, or documents you would not want passing through a third-party server.
